Online Shop & Product Sales

  • All prices on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

  • Deliveries are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase wine or alcoholic products. Proof of age may be required on delivery.

Accommodation Bookings

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

  • Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to unless otherwise arranged.

  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

  • Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for cancellation terms.

  • No smoking is permitted inside cottages.

  • Only Flufftail Cottage is pet-friendly, and this must be arranged in advance.

Weddings & Events

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

  • Final payment is due by the agreed date in your booking contract.

  • Guest numbers must not exceed the agreed maximum.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your guests comply with venue rules and safety regulations.

  • All catering, décor, and entertainment arrangements must be approved in advance.

Experiences & Activities

  • Participation in physical activities (hiking, trail runs, FarmFit, etc.) is at your own risk.

  • Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff or guides.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to unsafe conditions (e.g., severe weather).

Website Use

  • All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Herold Wines and may not be reproduced without permission.

  • You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
